ISIS terrorists claim to have beheaded an American journalist, and are threatening to execute another journalist who has ties to South Florida.

They say the beheading is a message to President Obama to end the intervention in Iraq.

The video claims to show the death of  James Wright Foley who's been missing since 2012. Foley had worked for a several news organizations. When he disappeared in Syria, he was working for a French media company.

His disappearance was ruled a kidnapping by the FBI.

In the video, ISIS also claims they are holding a second journalist, Steven Joel Soltoff, who is a UCF graduate from Miami. He's reportedly been missing for as long as a year.

The video, in Arabic with English narration, concludes by telling President Obama Soltoff's life "depends on your next decision."
